A few of our most often asked queries are listed below:

Is there a charge for mileage?

Mileage to and from a client's home has no charge.  Mileage during the shift is charged at a rate of 0.60p per mile.

Will we have an input in who our caregiver is?

Yes absolutely! We take pride in ensuring both the client and caregiver are happy with pone another before either party make any commitments.  Part of our service includes a priority that the nominated caregiver is always first choice when making bookings.

Do you cover my area?

At present, we operate in an 10 mile radius of Shipston On Stour.  This means we spend more time doing and less time travelling.

Would I be tied into a contract?

Initially, once a caregiver is agreed, we like to book a month in advance although this is not always possible.  See our cancellation details for further information.

What is your cancellation policy?

Whilst we strive to accommodate your needs, we respectfully request advance notice of at least 2 working days for any amendment to an arranged visit.

If you wish to cancel a visit, a fee of 80% of the respective booking will be charged for any visits cancelled in a period of less than 2 working days notice. 

Do you provide cover for evenings and weekends?

Yes we do, depending on availability of your chosen caregiver.

Will family members be kept updated?

We are very much open to keeping family members updated, this can be arranged as a regular group email or similar, once discussed on an individual basis.  It is so important that the closest family or friends are involved in our support journey, obviously with the consent of the client themselves.

Do you provide personal care?

Unlike other companies, we do not offer personal care, however we do offer a trusted carer finders service for which we charge a one off introduction fee.
